From doing a Pharmacy Diploma where basically for 9 months I constantly had assignments out of 6 textbooks. I went to College full time for 9 months and it cost 16k to complete it without any debt. My analogy for how cigarettes creates a debt you can't get out of is this. With no credit activity someone's credit resets after 7 years and it goes back to 0. Cigarettes was an addiction for me that I needed 5 different kinds of prescription drugs, 30 pills a month, 2 controlled substances, for the addiction not to suck me in anymore. After 6 years of not smoking my body has started to heal from it but people that sit there all day and smoke a pack a day, 365 days a year, its getting to where that is 3.7k a year. It grabs ahold of you and sucks you in. If I ever work in a Pharmacy I refuse to work at one that sells tobacco or alcohol. My Dad sells life insurance. He has clients with Million dollar policies. You can collect social security at 65 to 70 until you die, but these equations on life insurance policies, it becomes an unrealistic amount of money to pay for it if you smoke. The equations these companies have figure if you smoke it gets iffy you will live past 70. Smoking cigarettes kinds makes you uninsurable to where its realistic to afford life insurance. Cigarette companies load them full of shit to get you hooked. I have tobacco stock in my roth ira but it is a daily debate, what kind of karma does that create trying to capitalize on something that is so unhealthy for you. I can't stand pharmacies that sell cigarettes and wine. Smokers medical bills become unmanageable because its so unhealthy. Now there are some Priests even that smoke. There is people that smoke that live until they are 100. I just want to go back to where the Bible read the way from a circle jerk concludes with debt. Debt can kill you. I haven't made 4k in one year since I was on pandemic unemployment for covid - 19. I got 18k from McDonalds not being open. covid - 19 is when I quoted the Bible to save Michelle and My Marriage. Its when I got my dental work from smoking, and it's when I quit smoking because I got Wellbutrin - Adderall - zolpidem. I want Michelle to quit because I want her to live until 100 with me. The fact we have treadmill makes that she still smokes a lot better.
